Submit My Thesis

All Graduate Students of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing School and Faculty of Health Sciences should submit his/her thesis to SML Medical Librarian's Office.

Graduating Students should check with the Registrar's Office for thesis submission dates.

Following are the SML Thesis Submission requirements:

1. 1 copy of your Thesis printed on Fabriano 80gr. weight and size A4 paper

2. Please do not bind your thesis

3. 1 copy in PDF format on a CD-Rom

4. Please sign the copy of AUB "Thesis Release Form" before you submit to SML, and select one of the following choices:
   a- I authorize the AUB library to provide my thesis
   Or
   b- I do not authorize the AUB library to provide my thesis for 2 years starting from the date of the thesis defense

5. Make sure the bibliography is correct and consistent in format

6. The margins should be: Left 3.5 cm Right 2.5 cm

7. Return all borrowed items to both libraries (SML and Jafet) before you submit your thesis to SML

8. SML will give you a thesis receipt form that you'll submit to the Registrar's Office
